Website redesign
Many people mistakenly call small changes a “redesign” — such as changing fonts or colors, rearranging blocks, or replacing buttons and banners. In reality, that’s just an update or a partial redesign.
If you only need to change button colors or adjust heading sizes, this is a task for a front-end developer or the original website creator. Such edits are done in the code or through the admin panel (if it was set up for that).
I do not edit third-party code or configure pre-made templates.
My focus is on full redesigns — creating a brand-new design based on your existing website, implementing comprehensive changes, and, if needed, migrating to a more suitable CMS. Once the new design is ready, it will require development and integration.
When You Need a Redesign
- The website is outdated and no longer inspires trust.
- What looked good 5 years ago now drives visitors away.
- Competitors’ websites look more modern and appealing.
- Your company underwent rebranding and changed its visual identity.
- You need to add or expand functionality.
- The website was poorly planned from the start.
- Usability needs improvement.
- Conversion rates have dropped.
- There is no mobile-friendly version.
💡 Experts recommend updating your website every 3–5 years. For example, Yandex updates theirs every two years.
Redesign Options
A redesign can be:
- based on the existing structure,
- or fully restructured from scratch.
The choice depends on your goals and reasons for the redesign.
Pricing
Since I only work on full redesigns, the cost is the same as a complete website design project and depends on the project’s scale and workload.
If the existing structure is retained, your current website can serve as a partial prototype.
⚠ Note: Backend development and CMS integration are not included in the redesign service.
